The hospitality was exceptional. Friendly staff, warm welcome by Asif, and helpful throughout our stay. Ideal location and well-maintained rooms. Good value for money.

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They provided excellent service and made me feel comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of great restaurants and bars, and it offered easy access to transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, which made my stay even better.

Although the staff was friendly, some of them could use a bit more training in handling customers. There were a few times when I felt they were too rigid and firm in their hospitality.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. the bed was comfortable and the room was sufficiently spacious. the price was very competitive compared to nearby hotels.

The hotel was not well maintained and was dusty. the staff were not very helpful.

I had a great stay with my family at this hotel. The staff were helpful and approachable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the rooms and toilets were impeccable, and we were provided with all the necessary toiletries except toothbrushes. The location was convenient and close to the airport. We also enjoyed the amazing South Indian meals from the nearby restaurants which were delivered right to our room.

Hard to think of anything negative.

We arrived at a hotel close to the airport that appeared to be our only option for a quick overnight stay. Reception staff were shy and a bit awkward, but friendly enough. the spacious rooms and bathrooms seem clean, with basic toiletries provided. Unfortunately, we didn’t experience any breakfast options and the location was very dusty due to ongoing construction.

The parking situation was quite challenging. the pillars were too close together and made navigating the area difficult, even with only a few cars around.
